For the past two years, the Literature Committee has been working on developing Step 1 for a new CLA-approved step workbook. They carefully considered 80 suggestions from members who had given feedback on Step 1 from the Delray Workbook, as well as Step 1 questions from the UK (28) and Chicago (10) step guides. In total, 127 questions or suggestions were considered in developing this document.
Since August, we’ve been asking members to give us feedback on this document. We urge anyone who is not getting the CLA emails, to take a moment to sign up for it HERE. You will receive important emails from CLA, ONLY 1-2 times per month. Please take the time to do that now, if you haven’t done it already.
Once all feedback on the draft of Step 1 has been received, then all suggested changes will be considered by the Literature Committee and a final Step 1 document will be developed. This would then be sent to the CLA WSO delegates for approval, as new CLA-approved literature in 2024.
