Guidelines for Giving Feedback on Steps
1. It isn’t necessary to rewrite the document, but only to suggest the
changes that you think are important or an improvement over what has
been written.
2. When giving feedback, take the document as it is, and change it by
highlighting or using bold print to somehow make it clear what your
change is. You can also print a copy, use a highlighter to mark the area
that you’re changing, and then take a picture and send it to us.
3. If possible, please type out your changes or print the changes neatly, so
that we’re able to understand what change you’re suggesting.
4. In making suggestions, please state the page and the number of the
paragraph on the page that you are referring to.
